It depends on the size of the home, the lot, permitting and selections. Once we review your plans, we can give you a schedule.

Yes. We do kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, whole-home remodels and additions.

Yes, including primary bathroom remodels with new showers, tubs, tile and vanities.

Yes. We do whole-house renovations, including down-to-the-studs remodels.
Do you build home additions?
Yes. We can add square footage, from a new bedroom or suite to a larger expansion.
Do you remodel condos?
Yes. We have remodeled condos as well as single-family homes.

Yes. As a general contractor we handle the structural side of a remodel, including removing or moving walls.

Most remodels that change structure, plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems need a permit from the city. We'll tell you what your project needs.
