About

ADS Developers is led by Dan Sr. and his son, Dan Jr.

Senior started in the Carpenters Union in San Francisco. Over the years he learned other trades, ran crews, worked on everything from high-rises to custom homes, and earned his general contractor's license. He built his first spec home as a general contractor in California and never looked back, going on to develop homes throughout the Castle Rock, Colorado area and later settling in the Phoenix Valley of Arizona.

Junior grew up on job sites, gathering hands-on experience across every phase of the construction process.

Watching them work is something to behold. Decades of experience have made their movements almost choreographed, their communication so instinctive that words are rarely needed.

Today they remodel and build custom homes across the Phoenix metro area.
